Mr. Denius joined Therapy In Motion, LLC. in December 2008 acting as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Information Officer. Rudy holds a BS from Marietta College in Computer Information Systems and has over 8 years of experience in long term care and working with older adults. As CFO, Rudy has management oversight and responsibility for all financial functions and oversees all revenues, costs, capital expenditures, investments and debt. As CIO, Rudy assumes responsibility for application development, support services, and technology governance practices.
